You see I'm good at HTML but all the free web hosters have their own set design and I really want mine.

Is there any web hosting service that would accept my HTML and CSS modification?

  3. Most do, I don' t know how many allow you to use ftp though. Some force you to upload your site old school style one by one within the interface.
