Free-Weights work out plan?

I am starting to Lift again and need a routine... I go to the Gym monday, tuesday, thursday, and friday... they have every kind of free weight I just need a little guidence on what to do and when to do it... I havent lifted without a buddy in years so im a little rusty... thanks for the help!

  1. Monday/Thursday : 'Push" day - Squats, Bench, overhead press, all 3 sets of 5 reps.

    Tuesday/Friday: Pull day - Deadlifts, bent over row's, pullups.

    Add some ab work in to any of the above.
