If virus is found, then there should have a "pop up window", that'll prompt u whether to "quarantine", "delete", "deny access" etc.. U can quarantine it or delete..

Or you download the free Avira from Germany that has a really high rate of detection.  Higer then Kaserpsky Russia.  Rate of detection is around 97.6%
