Free audio catchers help?

Question

I currently have Replay Media Catcher, the free version and it doesn't work often. I can't say I like it much.

Can anyone guide me to one that is free that really works on getting audio from video and getting songs?

I've searched, all I find is one that no longer exists.

Any help is appreciated.
