Free children's play area for winter?

I'm looking for places which children(3-5yrs) can play in winter time ( indoor ) . If somebody knows information about this, please let me know! Thank you.

Go to your nearest mall!  Malls in big cities have HUGE play areas for kids.  

Or you could just go to a simple Burger King and let the kids play for 30-minutes on the indoor playground there.  Cheap!  And kids LOVE it!
