Free computer virus REMOVAL?

Question

My dell laptop has several viruses. I'm not sure how my computer became infected, but it did. I am scared to tell my parents because they might be mad at me and think I'm doing bad things on the internet to cause my computer to get infected. So, I was wondering are there any FREE computer virus REMOVAL. I don't need a free virus scan, I really need virus removal. Thanks you guys.

You can use Kaspersky Trial or AntiVir with limited time to remove viruses.
