Free document viewer for BlackBerry?

After having recently purchased a BlackBerry 8310, I was very surprised to see the device did not have a document viewer as standard installed on it.

So where can I download a free document viewer that would open PDFs, DOCs, etc. on my BlackBerry?

I have seen an application called BeamBerry that was freeware but now you have to purchase it to use it. I am looking for freeware applications ideally.

Mike,

You shouldn't need any extra software. My curve 8320 opens attachments fine out of the box.

I am using BIS/Tmobile. If you are using BES, contact your IT that runs the BES server.

So, I am guessing you don't see "Open Attachment" when you are sent an email with attachments?
