Free fax service website?

Question

I am in college and therefore I have no fax machine. I need a website that files can be faxed to and heard that not only they exist, but some are free. Does anyone know of a website that I can get faxes faxed to and then I can look at them and print them out via .pdf or another type of file?

I don't know if this would be of any benefit to you but if you are using Windows XP Pro, it has a fax driver built into it.  If you still have the Windows installation disc you may need it but this is what you do.   Click on START->CONTROL PANEL->Double click on Add or Remove Programs->click on Add/Remove Windows Components and when the Windows Components Wizard window appears, put a tick mark in the box beside Fax Services and click on Next.  

You will be asked to insert the Windows installation disc as the file is on it.  Follow the onscreen instructions and complete the installation.  When done remove the cd.  

If it is already installed then there will be a tick mark in the box so just close the window and go into Microsoft Word if you have it, open up a document, click on FILE->PRINT and instead of selecting the printer, select Fax instead.

When you run it the first time you will need to set it up by filling in boxes and ticking on stuff.
