Free firewall for vista

hello ui use avg free and it dont come with a firewall but iv been told windows one ent very good i know i can google for 1 but i need a good 1 names of the software please

If you use a router then the Windows firewall is more than enough as the router has it's own firewall built in.

The Vista one is quite good so use that one.
