Free health Facility in Michigan?

I live in Michigan, and I don't have health insurance as I can't afford it. Is there any posibility that I can get free health facility

Contact your local county Health Department- if you income is in the guidelines you can apply for the county's health connection- also you can also apply for medicaid by filling out their booklet of questions and submitting it- keep in mind that your answers must be truthful.
