where can i list my horse for free? we are trying to sell her and i was wondering where you can post ads for free...

See about donating your horse to a ranch that helps kids, or another similar charity cause.

Not only will you feel good, it could be a tax write-off.

http://www.equinenow.com/ comes up first on a "horses for sale" Google search so it is probably the best place to place your ad. Placing a basic ad with one photo is free.  

http://www.freehorseads.com/ is also a very good place to place your ad. It will be on page 2 of the hits when doing a "horses for sale" Google search but it is a popular website buyers use to shop for horses, and as evidenced by the SOLD on many of the ads it gets good results for the seller.

After placing your ad at either site people searching can browse listings by state, by city, by breed, or by disciplines.

But there are a great many websites where you can place an ad and many are free. I recommend you do a "horses for sale" Google search and then click on the hits you get to find the sites that offer free ads. The more ads you place the better your chances will be at finding a buyer.

*Edit note: Beware when pricing your horse for sale. Keep in mind that slaughter buyers lie in wait for bargains and some will pay up to 50 cents per pound for horses. So some slaughter buyers will pay $500 for almost any plug horse weighing 1000 pounds. Please be careful if you plan to price the horse for a quick sale and be sure to price it out of the range slaughter buyers are willing to pay.

and your local Penny saver Yes some cost money But it's well worth it

  Also I would try to type in'' free Listings horses adds"" ,and see what comes up

I did but some was new sites and did not get much response

There are 100's on here

Pick ones in your state ,,

There are about 10 that I found

I put in free horse adds and Boom they come up try that I found some nice site

also BRIDLE AnD BIT IS CHEAP ENOUGH,,, AND I got calls the very first day .. like 10 calls !!!!
