Free makaton guide for my deaf cousin.?

My cousin is completely deaf and is 4 years old, we are looking for the cheapest way to learn makaton so that we can speak to her.

She's only 4?  Does she have any other developmental disabilities?  If not, the easiest (and cheapest) way you're going to be able to communicate with her is sign language.  Contact a few Deaf people, take some community classes, I'm sure you'll do great!

Makaton describes themselves as a charity.  http://www.makaton.org/  I would contact them directly with your request.  Perhaps they would provide you the materials you need for free or for a small donation.
