Free online movies. What's the catch? Really?

I'm bored so I Googled "online movies". Seems there are websites out there that offer what they say are FREE movies that are out right now (watch-movies.com, momomesh, movierumor, etc). What's the catch? Aren't these illegal? Will get porno email sent to you? Put cookies on your computor? What's the deal?
