Free (or cheap) online courses?

Hi,

As part of my degree, I have to do 4 lots of training which can 'develop my managerial skills'. Does anyone know where I can find any free or cheap courses which I can do online at work during my lunchbreak or whatever...

I have looked on the BBC website, but they all seem to be pretty basic stuff like reading or writing, I have also looked on the Learn Direct Website, but I think they're probably fairly expensive...

Courses I am looking for would be things like 'Developing Yourself' 'Dealing with Stress' or 'Communicating Effectively' type courses.... and they should be fairly short (as in, take about 4/5 hours maximum)

Ok, I just want to tell everyone that businesses and employers do not recognise these online courses, or learn at home courses.

My Dad did one to be a fitness instructor, and no gym or business would recognise that certificate you get at the end of it as a qualification.

If you get the hand book of "Soft Skills", it will help you for the time being....But in four to five hours you will not be able to practice the soft skills....
