Free outdoor/indoor tracks in NYC?

Haven't run in the city since HS and that was back at the armory and ichan- are there any on manhattan?

you might be able to get in at any college track since most are open to the public or most high school tracks will allow you to run on them.  Just be sure to call the schools prior to running to make sure.
