Free program for windows xp of 3D home designing and building?

i am looking for a 3D program that i can use to build and design a future home, and it has to be free cause i don't have the money to pay for that... but its just something i can use to help build a house when the time comes. i would like it to have a 3D model of a home and also use as blue prints and floor plans... this would really mean a lot if i could find a program like this that is free for when I'm ready to bring this dream to reality

The best one for free category is the Google SketchUp { http://sketchup.google.com/ }. Anyone even a beginner can use it for designing 3D buildings and also export it to Google Earth location.
