I am a major fan of KFC! but due to all the recent press hype about barn chickens, I now feel guilty when tucking into a zinger burger! This is now starting to affect my relatively stress free life. Is there an altenative fast food chain in london (soho area ideally) where i can buy free range unhealthy food? thanks

  1. Leon's do some amazing grub, but it is healthy, but it does taste great.  For breakfast they do sausdage and bacon baps, their lunch menu has free-range chicken.  They've got about 6 stores across London and a couple of them do delivery!

  2. If there were how would you be 100% certain that they were not using regular battery chicken?

  3. yes I can open take away from home...........

  4. I doubt it.

Always tastes nicer if you make it yourself anyway.

  5. The Gourmet Burger Kitchen at15 Frith Street in Soho does a range of burgers, including chicken. They say they have the best English chicken, but do not actually claim it is free range. Why not stick to  beef. The beef is from grass fed Aberdeen Angus. Unhealthy food with soul. Do not expect to pay 99p for a cheeseburger though.

Red Veg at 95 Dean Street, also in Soho, is vegetarian fast food. It is tasty so also healthy.
