Free ringtones and games for my cell phone?

I have a T-monile phone and I am looking for some games and/or ringtones to put onto my cell phone for free. I know there are some places you can send a text too and they will send you the game to download onto your cel phone. Does anyone know of any ways to get free games onto my t-mobile phone
