all you have to do is sign up, have the music on your computer, (limewire works) and then edit whatever part of the song you want as your ringtone and then send it to your phone, it's free and easy

What kind of phone do you have.  If you can connect it to your computer with and USB or Bluetooth then you can make ringtones on your PC and then transfer them.
