Free slots tournament?

Question

Ok i jus came from las vegas and while i was there some people told me about free slots tournaments. im not sure how this goes but they got like a free room at the mgm for like 3 days and then at the redrock for 2 days free meals and free event tickets for 2 guest and played in this slot tournament with out paying for any thing but gambling how in the world did they do this. any advice on how i can get this i want to enter a tournament does it coast to sign up i really need feed back on this one!

Remember... Nothing in life is "free."  The casinos do send out offers like this to gamblers.  If you were to get a slot players club card, and gamble... **alot** in the casino, you would get offers like this as well.  I play video poker constantly while I am in Vegas and mostly get offers for free and heavily discounted rooms.  Once in a while I will get offers like you mentioned, but you really need to gamble quite a bit and play higher denominations to get them.  Good luck!
