I don't know exactly what your question is...

but a few points I don't like about that site:

1.  It's admittedly in beta, why would one want to bet with a new site in "beta" when there are several more reliable sites you can use that have been around for years?

2.  Is making some lousy 10 cent bets worth having the site owners sell your personal info so you can be contacted by telemarketers?  The sign up form reeks of some grand marketing scheme.

3.  Professionalism--or lack thereof.  The grammar used on the site looks like it's been written by some junior college dropout who figured out to crank out a website.  

I'll pass.
