No, honestly there is no software that will clean your computer for free it will scan and detect the spyware but it won't remove it until you buy the full version. So just go ahead and buy a spyware remover there is software that has a firewall and deletes spyware and other unwanted software.

forget these.Some spybusters themselves are laden with spyware.

Get the free ones like Spybot S&D or Lavasoft ad-aware
