Free themes for Blackberry Pearl 8100? PLEASE HELP?

Im really not getting much luck at all with this phone. I want to have themes, preferably for free, plus i have invested in two sites to give me unlock codes and wasted my money they were both con sites, I wanted to put themes but I cant open my device manager Desktop manager and I am really getting downhearted about it. Its a great device but I just have no idea what else i can do i want to have Free themes to start with if anyone can advice me please let me know Thank You

Blackberry communities, such as pinstacks.com have resources for free themes, as well as members who make them and put them up for free.  Also mp3, wallpapers as well.
