I've heard there are some states that offer free tuition for former active duty members once you use up your GI bill, but only some states offer it. Does anybody know if this is true, and if so, which states do offer it and exactly how this whole proccess works?
I'm active duty Marine Corps right now, but getting out in less than a year. Any help on this would be great.
