Free tv on the computer?

theres like a gazillion websites where you can watch tv shows for free. I saw a bunch of good ones that I want to see . but you have to downlad something . any websites where you can watch shows like secret life of the american teenager, the hills, bones, disney shows etc without having to downlaod a thing ? thanks :)

Sometimes if you go to their web site itself, it may show their shows. I know of one that does just that, EWTN.
