hi i have 1 of these thomson boxes that can record tv and stuff when i got top up tv i saved some of the programs but then i told them i didnt want it anymore so i think they just canceled it now but how come i cant watch my saved programs from topup tv hope i dont need topup tv just to watch my saved programs that would be a pure rif off for sure :(

  1. When you cancel Top Up TV  the programs that have been stored can not be viewed.
