I try to choose the best but I don't find it ....

Have you tried building a free website with Microsoft Office Live Small Business - http://tinyurl.com/officeliveoffer . It has a free design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding. It has 500mb of web space and no ads. MS is also giving a free domain name for the 1st year.
