Free webs.com Help? Having trouble setting up a website.?

Every time I go to freewebs.com and click on start now button it just goes to a blank screen. And there is a little restricted sign at the bottom of it and when I click on it it says that it's blocked. I don't remember ever blocking it. Does any one know how to unblock it?

Take off any firewall settings on your computer.  That will open up many websites that were blocked before.
