Free website for a small business?

My sister and I are wanting to start a small business. We want people to be able to purchase things right from the sight. Are there any good free sites out there?

Here is a link to an ezine article I read today. It has some really good information and resources that are either free or very inexpensive. www.bizweb2000.com

Free sites stick their ads on your site, just like free email accounts. It looks tacky and unprofessional.

If you read the article, though, you can see that sites don't have to be expensive and there are enough free tools available that the small amount you pay for a site and hosting doesn't cause a hardship.
