Free window xp or vista download 10 points?

i need to upgrade my laptop with windows vista or xp for most of the programs to work.....does anyone know where i could get it downloaded for free??

p****y is not theft. He's copying something that he probably would have never bought anyway. Copyright laws are archaic and in need of review.

Yeah, you can go to the Microsoft Marketplace and download a free trial copy of any Windows version of your choice. You can use it for a specified time period upon the termination you must buy and enter a Product Code. If the Product Code is not entered and the copy validated it will enter a reduced functionality mode.

If you are looking for an illegal copy of Windows it isn't a very good idea to do it on such a public forum as Yahoo! Answers. That is p****y, which is theft.

Listen, I understand financial drawbacks. I have been very low on funds during a long period of time between my twenties and thirties. I had two young children to support and we went without a lot of stuff. We had a roof over our heads, clothes on our backs, food on our table, and not much else. We pushed our shopping cart from the store to our home because we didn't have car. Does that mean just because we didn't have a car I should go out and steal one, if I thought I could get away with it? Not and keep my honor and my freedom, plus provide a good role model for my children. If I couldn't afford food should I take my children into the store and have them steal the food we needed, or hide my embarrassment and go to the local food bank?

I know you didn't come here for a lecture, but you really did ask for it when you ask for us to help you steal from somebody else. I also do not wish to teach my children that if somebody has a lot of money it is OK to steal from them because they have so much after all. So, if my neighbor has a lot more money I can sneak into their house and take something I might want, just because they could easily replace it, and I don't have it at all? Not likely.
