Probably.

No one is going to be giving away an Xbox unless there is a way to make money off of the deal.  An even better way is to make money and not even have to give away the Xbox.

This sounds like classic shipping scams.  You answer them.  They tell you that the Xbox is free but you have to pay for shipping and handling which comes to a bit but is still less than what an Xbox costs.  You send off the money and then never hear a thing back and never get your Xbox.
