I love their offer but i want to be sure they offer also outstanding services for their customers has anyone any feedback?

Yes,they have the best prices,services are outstanding.I just got back from a cruise in the Caribbean and is was the best trip I've ever had.There is nothing to worry about.

I always book through Carnival directly.  They always give me the best price and service, even after the booking.

I book directly through Carnival.  My cruise guy is the best in the world!  He got us and amazing deal on our cruise and has been there any time I have had any questions or concerns.  When he says "call me anytime if you have any questions" that's really what he means.  It doesn't matter how silly I think the question is, he always comes through for me.  They by far have the best customer service, in my opinion.
