FreeWebs Guestbook? Help?! 10 Points!

On freewebs.. where is the GuestBook located at and how can i add it to my website as a link to make a navigation bar?

How did she do that?

put it on her profile?

I believe FreeWebs has a Guestbook widget or add-on.  Look for it after you log in.  Follow the instructions for installation.
