Freebord vs Mountain Board, Read Details Below?

I want to get a board for the summer now that the snow is gone, my choices are a Freebord or a Mountain Board, I want to get one that will keep up my freestyle skills for the summer, I was thinking a mountain board because you can grind rails and build jumps to go off of where a freebord feels like snowboarding buy will be harder to grind with, which one

Ok its a freestyle board.  If you want to gind and ride park jumps all the time then you want to go with a freestyle board.  If you are more of a free ride kind of person a all mountain board is the way to go.  However both types will work anywhere on the mountian.

I personally would recommend a mountainboard.  

While the Freebord is a great board for carving like a snowboard, with a mountainboard you can really practice and improve your freestyle skills.

Freebords are restricted to hard and smooth surfaces (be very carefull of rocks on the road), while a mountainboard can be used on and off road.

Hit jumps, grind rails, take it to a skatepark, ride it wherever you want.  A mountainboard will be able to handle whatever you throw at it.
