Freedom or happiness?

If you were given an option to have your freedom or remain in bliss-full happiness, which would you honestly chose?

If the choice is happiness the knowledge of a freedom would be erased, so to ensure continual bliss.

As one who has started my own business a few times during my life I know that freedom is a lot more meaningful to me   -and  I am happy being free .

With  things as bad as they are in our society and absolutely no relief in sight, give me the "blue pill" and let me be dumb and happy. So many people in America are brainwashed into to believing that they have freedom and choice but it is only an illusion to keep the masses pacified. (How many people actually believe that their vote influences who the next President will be? Eventhough its in the Constitution that we have no rights to elect the President, millions still have the false illusion that they do,so they argue uselessly about the candidates.)

That wasn't a hard question at all. Freedom is something that makes you happy because you know that without it, life would be meaningless. How could someone remain happy following in the group for their entire lives? Choices show growth in an individuals character. Just doing what your told makes you remain child like.
