are there any online poker programs where you play with play money; and in the tournaments u can use play money??

Yes, a LOT! Yahoo has a program, but it isn't the best. The top 3 are partypoker.net, absolutepoker.com, and fulltiltpoker.com. I suggest them all, each one is just a little different, give them a shot, see which you like the best.
