Freesat with a sky dish - do the two go together?

I need to buy a new tv anyway, as my old CRT one is past its best. I am considering buying a tv with Freesat built in, and know that this will require a satellite dish. I already have a sky dish - are the two compatible, or will it be a big nightmare?

They should be compatible but you will need to point the dish at the freesat satellite instead of the astra 28 sky one.
