Freeview receiver

Got Philips Freeview receiver DTR 210 - was fine then suddenly lost
allmy channels. Have done automatic search but come back with no
channelsfound. I have plugged and unplugged everything but makes no
difference.There is also a vertical thin black line on right hand side of screen on the automatic search screen.Can ypu help?
