Freeview sound problem?

Hi,

I have a tv with built in freeview but when I watch it I notice that the sound does not match up with the mouths when people speak, do you know what the problem is.

now and again,I get this problem.I think it may be the signal from the aerial.I have just asked the question what aerial i should have,perhaps it may help when i get reply good luck

Try turning it on and off

Turn the power off, leave for a few seconds and back on again. The signal is slightly lagging. This happens on my freeview box. Turning the power off and back on again usually sorts it out.
