Freeze Masala Dosa and warm later?

Has anyone tried freezing masala dosas to still get that crisy taste -

Like prepared it on tava, rolled / folded it , then stored in freezer for later and then warm up in oven.

  1. FRESH IS BEST but it will be somewhat soggy. I'd bake it and then broil it to get some of the crunchiness back.


  2. Nope it's gonna come out soggy. It's best when you eat it fresh. Only make enough you can eat in 1 sitting.
