Is it possible to do a freeze-frame of the image on screen during a YouTube video. If it is, how can I then print the frozen image on my printer? (Layman's language please. Thanks.)

  1. I don't know if you want exact frame, but...Pause the video on what image you want to capture. Then, use print screen (Prnt Scrn), it should be somewhere on the right side of your key board. Now, go to a convenient image editor, you can use MS paint. And lastly, paste (Ctrl V) onto the page.

  2. Okay, here goes. YouTube vids are generally pretty poor quality anyway to start with so any freeze frame you get isn't going to be up to much. However if you pause the video, using the controls at the bottom of the display then hold down SHIFT and press the key next to your F12 button marked PrtScr/SysRq then open up PAINT from your Accesories and press Ctrl + V (Paste) this will give you the image. You then select the area you want and CUT (Ctrl + X) the image. Open a new page on PAINT and Paste again for the image. Probably sounds complicated but it isn't really.

  3. To capture the screen, press "PrtSc" key on your keyboard, then paste it into "Paint" program, and save it as a picture file. Then print it.

also..this will help you... use 'zillatube'

It helps you downloads the videos and view them offline at bigger screen, if needed.

Also it will help you convert it to mpg format to be viewed in windows movie player. So, you can pause it (or slow it down) while taking screen shot.

it is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Zillatube easily download videos from Youtube... to your computer, and more.

It works very well...just google search for 'zillatube'
