Freezer, water problem. I have a Crosley Shelvador side by side refridge/freezer, not sure of the

Question

I have a Crosley Shelvador side by side refridge/freezer, not sure of the year, but an older model. On the freezer side, down near the bottom, on the back wall is a grate. water seems to be forming and leaking onto the bottom of the freezer where it is freezing and builds up until the door will not shut properly.
