Freezer freezes OK, frig compartment doesnt get...

Question

Frig sat for a year, it is a small frig that my daughter was going to take to college. It says frigidaire on front on back label it says electrolux.the model is frt03l3dw0, serial # is ra44901055. The frig was only used for 1 year before putting in dry storage??? Thank you in advance
