  1. Air also has to be able to return to the freezer as well so make sure that is not blocked. If it's a side by side check beside the drawers at the bottom. Also make sure the door isn't gaped at the bottom or light bulb is going off.Just a few things to check quickly. But more than likely it is a defrost problem.I think you may have misunderstood me about the hole by the crisper's,the air has to make a circle blown over from freezer fan into refrig down and back through freezer coil to fan again. You just need to make sure it's not blocked by a plastic wrapper or ice/frost you won't feel air because it's pushed into the freezer.Check the back wall of the freezer for frost if there is any build up you have defrost problem. I know you said you hadn't seen any but I didn't know if you knew where to look.Make sure the lights go off in refrig that will really jack your temp. If it is frosted I could tell you how to fix it but you need some tools to diagnose.Check your refrig gasket make sure it is closing all the way and not torn.  Have you actually checked the freezer temp it needs to be no warmer than 10 degree. If it is more I would suspect low freon or compressor problem especially with prior sealed system service.Sounds like time for local help sorry.

  2. You gave us too little information to help much. They are not all made the same.

  3. You sound like you have a air flow problem ice is in the ducts, return or discharge. You could also have a defrost problem. If you can put food in another box turn it off for 24 hours with doors open. If it cools fine after that great but if after 5-7 days the problem comes back it is probley a defrost problem.
