I have an Amana with a top freezer TZ19RW. Nothing fancy, about 15 years old. The freezer has stopped freezing and is constantly running but keeping it barely as cold as a refrigerator should be. The refrigerator is barely cool. Is it worth it to have a tech call or should we just purchase new?
