Freezer ok fridge warm (15 degrees)

Question

For two days fridge been showing fifteen degrees and freezer compartment has been fine. Last night I defrosted it all incase a pipe was blocked with ice.

Turned it back on this morning after 5 hours the fridge is now saying 18 degrees and the freezer is only at -12 degrees instead of usual -22.

Any ideas what to do next
