Freezer section of Kenmore Self Defrost...

Question

Food and tops of food containers are forming ice on them. For example, cool whip container top has a thin sheet of ice on it and inside the cool whip, ice had formed on the whip cream.

Temperature has been set at the manufacturer's recommended setting.

Very little food is stored in the freezer

This is a Kenmore top freezer refrigerator. The model number printed inside the refrigerator is 253.67879506 but I can't find that model number listed. Serial # is BA71805062
