Freezer stopped freezing

Question

I have a G E side by side unit. When I returned home the things in my freezer were defrosted, the ice was melted, and the fridge was not as cold as it usually is. I opened the back and checked for frost or ice and made sure that the fan is working. Is there anything else you can recomend
