Question:

Freezing Foods for later meals.?

One of my best friend's mother was diagnosed with cancer for the third time this spring. Things keep getting rougher. A few of us were going to get together to make some meals that could be frozen and reheated for dinner another night.. Any ideas on what we should make to mix it up a bit? We were thinking about pork chops, lasagna, chicken spaghetti, italian beef.. Any other ideas.? Every idea is appreciated.

Thanks a bunch!!!! -Danielle
