I have some home grown Garlic. I was just wondering if you could freeze it like you do other vegetables?

  1. No need, it'll keep for a year if you just keep it dry.

Or you can peel it, chop it, and pack it in bottles with vegetable oil - so it's ready to drop a quick spoonful into the pan.

I don't know what freezing would do to it, haven't ever seen anybody freeze it.

  2. I freeze it and ginger too

  3. sure

  4. yes
